WOODEN PELLET
MAIN QUALITY INDICATORS:
Calorific value (kW/kg)
this indicator shows how much wood pellets will release heat during combustion. Thus, high quality pellets have higher calorific value - 4.6 kW/kg.
Ash content (%)
an important indicator for trouble-free operation of the boiler. The higher the ash content, the more often the boiler will have to be turned off, cooled and cleaned.
Mechanical strength (%)
an important indicator for the transportation and reloading of pellets. The stronger the granule, the better it will reach the consumer in its original quality and will not turn into dust. Norms of quality granules >97.5%
Humidity (%)
an important indicator for storage and transportation. If the moisture content of the pellet is >10%, the pellet will crumble and fall apart.
Appearance
high quality fuel pellet has a shiny, smooth surface without cracks - all this indicates the correct pellet production process. The length of the granules should not be less than 3 mm, but not more than 40 mm.
*We control all these indicators for each batch of products in our laboratory, which minimizes the risks of purchasing low quality products for our buyers-traders and end buyers.
